1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

  • (For handmade/custom items): "Custom orders take 5–7 business days to process before shipping."

3. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Delays by carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) are beyond our control, but we’ll help resolve issues.

5. Shipping Delays

  • Holidays, extreme weather, or high order volumes may cause delays.

6. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customer pays for reshipping.

  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

7. International Shipping Notes

  • Customs & Duties: Int’l customers may incur fees; these are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Delivery Times Vary: Depending on customs processing.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If a package is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days, and we’ll file a claim with the carrier.
